I've discovered that I am in love with Fullers ESB. Could we please take note of this and brew our very own ESB? I'd appreciate it, and so would Meg.
Also, I bought some Sourwood Organic Honey this weekend at Eastern Market. Let's use that in an upcoming brew. With the smoked paprika! Spicy, earthy and delicious.
The OG on Tongue (or Arm, or Elbow Grease...what are we calling it?) is down to 1.038. Slow and steady, it'll get there eventually.
